FRF 017 : Intermittent Fasting (IF)

This is the new diet craze, fasting for longer than 8 hours


Today we talk about IF, and what exactly that means. I also discuss a variation of it that I've currently been doing for a month.

I liked the results I had obtained during the first month, but it wasn't something I could sustain for the long term.  So much like I teach members of my team, I dropped this way of eating, and went searching for a more long term solution.  Doesn't mean it won't work for you though, give it a shot!
