Eliminate a few things, and give it a shot!
Some of then biggest culprits are:
Gluten, Dairy, Meat, Grains.
Give an elimination diet and see how you feel, I know I feel so much better without gluten, diary and meat. Other grains I'm fine with, but all our bodies are different.
