Intra workout supplements are designed to be used when you lack energy or hydration during a workout. Water isn't the most effective thing to drink during an intense workout, and neither are high sugar sports drinks. Here's my go-to intra workout. Ever since I've been using this, I can push longer and harder during my workouts, and I don't "Zonk" out at the half way point.
