A Question To Help You To Tear Down the Obstacles!
"If I could remove all the pain, all the struggle, all the sacrifice... What measurable goal would you like to obtain this year?"
I ask this question a very specific way, so I don't allow my self-talk to talk me out of it.
If I don't ask it this way, my head voice will jump in and take over.
I would list all the reasons why I wasn't prepared enough, didn't have enough time, I needed to learn more, and why I would never be able to do something like that.
And it just got me more and more stuck in inaction.
If you're in the same situation, I want you to know you can 100% get past this.
It has nothing to do with you, and everything to do with your belief system.
Thankfully I learned WHY my brain was even going in that direction, and found a solution to get past it.
Doing so gave me the ability to master my belief system, and there isn't one area of my life that hasn't benefitted from doing so.
