When do we PROOVE that type of leader we are?
Is it when times are easy, when everything is going our way, when our kids aren't fighting, when our boss is nice, when we make a sale, or when we step on the scale and it says we lost 10 pounds?
Or is it the hard times when the opposite of those things happen, but we keep fighting anyway?
