The problem we run into is when they keep getting in their own way, talking themselves out of it, or allowing outside circumstances to dictate what they do or don't do.

That's where coaching trumps everything.

One of the most powerful things we can do for them, is use the power of questions to help them reach their own conclusions, thus getting them to buy into THEIR WHY.

Not in a way that you steer them in a direction you want them to go...

And not in a way that you plant even more limiting beliefs in them than they currently have.

Instead, we want to ask THE RIGHT questions, ones that won't hold them back more, but instead knock down the current road block they have in front of them.
